Multifunctional laser noninvasive diagnostic system "LAKK-M" (MLNDS "LAKK-M"), developed together with SPE "LAZMA" Ltd. Co. on the basis of results of 2000-2006 scientific researches of MONIKI in autumn of this year has passed all official technical and medical state certificational tests and on November, 05th 2009, has received the registration certificate of Federal Service on Surveillance in Healthcare and Social Development (Roszdravnadzor) No. FSR 2009/05953. Accordingly, since this date, it can be legally applied in medicine over all territory of Russian Federation.
