Within the efforts of preparation of IV Troitsk International Scientific Conference "Medical Physics and Innovations in Medicine 2010", and also of "III Euro-Asian Congress on the Medical Physics and Engineering 2010" in MONIKI during the period from October 29 till October 30th 2009 there has passed the Conference of the Central Federal District "New Technologies of Fundamental Science to Applied Medicine". Within the limits of the Conference in MONIKI the exhibition of medical products and apparatus has been organized. The Ministry Industry and Science of Moscow Region has organized on the basis of MONIKI the Meeting of manufacturers of medical equipment "Problems of manufacture of products of medical appointment and a way of their decision". Leading experts and Scientists of Russia have taken part in the Conference in the field of medical physics and medphysic research: the Academician of the Russian Academy of Medical Science, prof. Shabalin V. N; the Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, prof. Panchenko V. JA.; the Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, prof. Guluaev J.V.; prof. Evdokimov J.M.; prof. Kompanets O. N.; prof. Shahova N.M., etc. From laboratory at the Conference it has been presented the oral report by Dr. Rogatkin D.A. (co-authors: Dr. Tereshenko S.G. and Dr. Polyakov P.Yu.) "Modern noninvasive spectrophotometry in blood microcirculation research".
