On Monday 15th September the Scientific Council of MONIKI took place, on which the 5-year report by the head of laboratory Dr. D.Rogatkin "On scientific, educational and organizational-methodical work of the laboratory of medical physics research for the period 2009-2013" was considered. The work of the laboratory was recognized as satisfactory, held at a high scientific and technical level. Many members of the Council after the report had expressed his personal opinion that they liked the report, that it is necessary to expand a cooperation between the laboratory and other departments of the Institute, etc. The decision to expand the laboratory was advised and adopted. The staff list of the laboratory was expanded on additional 6 rate research workers, technicians, and engineering personnel due to the Council decision as well as the additional 2 premises were transferred to the laboratory list. On a functional basis of the laboratory it was recommended to create a separate research group under the leadership by Dr. Dmitry Kulikov for the development of the regenerative medicine research.
