Our colleague, Ph.D., MD Dmitry Kulikov won a competition on receiving the allowance of the President of Russian Federation for young scientists and postgraduate students. The order of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 948 from 21.11.2012. We congratulate on the victory! Since 18.01.2013 due to good indicators in his scientific work Dmitry Kulikov is transferred to a position of the senior researcher of our laboratory.
